We include more in our prices than any other venue you will find. Walk in and your event is ready to go at an agreed upon setup. No additional fees!!! Just bring the food, drink, and the people and we do the rest! We also tear down everything when the event concludes. All we ask is that you take out the trash and anything you brought in with you. No stress and no hassle. 10% discount on Rose Wedding Package if paid in full at the time of booking

“When my husband and I started looking for wedding venue’s Historic Ann’s was one of the closest to our home. I scheduled a walk through even though my fiancé had reservations about the space. From the moment I walked into the house until the moment we finished cleaning up, I was blown away. This space really is picture perfect! This venue catered to all our different needs. My bridal party and I took full advantage to the bridal space upstairs. A small kitchen with a coffee bar was perfect for brunch while getting ready in the beauty chairs with mirrors. The full length, 3-panel mirror made for perfect pictures. The bridal suite was classy and perfect for groups photos, a hang out spot for my sweet flower girls, and a place for us to catch our breath after the wedding. The downstairs groomsmen area was great place for them to hang out, shoot pool, and watch TV while everyone was getting ready. We really didn’t have to do much decorating because the house’s beauty and elegance stands alone. The enclosed patio area made for a perfect spot for guest to mingle with drinks and music (it would be perfect for live entertainment). The beautiful and rustic outdoor ceremony space can be easily adapted to match any vision with just a few personal touches. Working with Julie was a breeze. She was so easy to contact, and she answered every question professionally and timely. I never once had any worries or concerns when it came to the venue. I would definitely use this venue again for future events and would highly recommend to other bride’s looking for a beautiful, classy, and stress-free venue option for their intimate wedding.”

Historic Ann’s affords everything you would need to host your entire wedding as each space serves the needs for all parts of the entire wedding weekend; no running around and no stress. There is a staff available to assist in the pre-wedding event preparations from start to finish. Julie is an outstanding host! I highly recommend booking with Historic Ann’s 1893!!!”

“1. The hosts, Julie and David, are flexible, understanding, considerate, thoughtful, and willing to work with you in any way you need.

2. AFFORDABILITY!! We needed a beautiful venue with all the accommodations, but at a reasonable price that wouldn’t break the bank. Weddings are expensive, but Julie and David made sure we had a beautiful venue available to us for 2.5 days/nights at a fraction of the cost of other venues in the west TN area.

3. Indoor/outdoor space! Worried about rain? Snow? Too hot/cold? Stop worrying. This venue can be adjusted in the blink of an eye to be indoor or outdoor. we were lucky enough to have great weather so we utilized both areas, but we had piece of mind knowing we would have a great wedding and reception either way!

4. On-site honeymoon suite: we loved being able to stay at the reception until “closing time”. When the party was all done and the guests had left, we were able to sit there in this beautiful place on the long tall wooden staircase steps, hold each others hands, and smile from ear to ear…just taking in the entire experience. Then we were able to retire to the honeymoon suite for some much needed rest. Did I mention the other available on-site room accommodations? What about the AirBnB that’s available right around the corner like 2 houses away? My family was able to stay in the Airbnb house and walk to the venue. This made setup and takedown of the venue an absolute breeze.

We can’t say enough good about this place. Julie and David have done great things with the place, it’s always clean, in tip-top condition, and you won’t have a single worry in the world.
