Important to Note:
Your rental period begins at entry and ends at exit. This time must include setup (decorating, food prep, etc.) and cleanup/trash removal. Each typically take 1 hour.
We set up tables and chairs for you and have them ready before you arrive and tear all down after you leave so that’s on us. We also provide table cloths at no additional charge.
Guests are not permitted to enter before the rental period starts. Overtime will be charged for any time beyond the scheduled rental.
Events with 75 guests or fewer require a minimum 3-hour rental.
Events with more than 75 guests require a minimum 4-hour rental.
A 9.75% venue tax and cleaning fee applies to all single events.
A refundable damage deposit is required for Redbud and Buckeye Events.
