Brenda’s Bridal / Honeymoon Suite
Inside Venue – Top Floor – Sleeps 4
With stunning views from the highest vantage point on the property, Brenda’s Bridal/Honeymoon Suite comprises the entire top floor of the venue with 2 bedrooms, a full bath, and a kitchenette. The master bedroom has a large sectional and comfortable homemade queen sofa bed with a memory foam mattress in the larger room complete with smart tv that includes Hulu, Amazon Prime, Netflix, and more at no cost. The second bedroom is a separate room in the suite and has a futon that makes a full-sized bed along with an electric fireplace. There are separate mini split units in each bedroom for independent control of heating and cooling to suit your preference. The suite has a beautiful new full bath complete with a contemporary glass shower. The kitchenette includes a bar and mini fridge, microwave, and Keurig, with dishes and utensils complete for 4 with additional glassware. We provide luxurious bedding to make packing for you as easy as possible. Pull the shades down if you like or allow natural light to flow throughout by utilizing our opaque window treatments. Make beautiful photos and even better memories day and night as you hang with your besties prior to your main event and/or your new spouse for your honeymoon night. Carole’s Suite
Inside Venue – Main Floor – Sleeps 2-4
Carole’s Main Floor Suite comprises the 2 Northeast interior rooms of the venue. The bedroom has a large sectional and comfortable homemade queen sofa bed with a memory foam mattress along with a pink chaise lounge. A second room has a fully refurbished gas fireplace and there is a mini split above the bed to control additional heating and cooling throughout the suite to your preference. If needing to sleep 3-4 total in the suite, this room has plenty of space for an air mattress. Air mattresses and bedding must be provided by the client. Carole’s Suit has a beautiful new contemporary full bath with a glass shower and heating element along with handmade custom barn doors. There is a large vanity to make getting ready easy and a gorgeous antique Victorian sofa close by. We provide luxurious bedding to make packing for you as easy as possible. Pull the shades down if you like or allow natural light to flow throughout by utilizing our opaque window treatments. Carole’s Suite has a private and fully secure keyless entry located off the east side of the front porch of the venue. Both connecting rooms in the suite may be closed off and secured keeping the suite closed off to guests for the event unless you want them there. See pricing below.
Gloria’s on Exchange – Groom’s House
Adjacent to Pam’s Meadow – Sleeps 6-8
Gloria’s on Exchange is our dedicated “Groom’s House”, but can be used for family, friends, or whatever your needs. The bones of our home date to 1910, but this little house has received a loving renovation. Local art gives off a “rustic” feel, but all is completely tricked out with smart technology and very cozy furniture and bedding. There are 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms have a queen bed in each and the 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds) and there are 2 full baths. For more than 6 people, couch surfing will need to be explored and/or a blow up mattress and bedding provided by the client. There are 3 electric fireplaces for warmth and ambiance throughout. Enjoy the deck, grill, and the view! Fur babies are welcome, but must be acknowledged in advance and a $75 cleaning fee will be added to your bill. Rosie’s Retreat – Bride’s House
Adjacent to Pam’s Meadow – Sleeps 6-8
Rosie’s Retreat is the newest part of our property and officially opened with our first bridal party on June 24th, 2022. Rosie’s is our dedicated “Bride’s House”, but may be used for family, friends, or whatever your needs are. Rosie’s Retreat will sleep 6-8 and will include 2 queen beds, 1 sofa queen, and a twin futon. Rosie’s has a large fire pit and grill out back with plenty of room for the bride’s and groom’s parties and family to relax together and enjoy early evening sunsets and late evening star-filled skies. Fur babies are welcome, but must be acknowledged in advance and a $75 cleaning fee will be added to your bill. Our bride’s and groom’s houses are only a stones throw from one another so conveniently located for all to enjoy a great time together. Home video coming soon, but for now you can see the proximity from the bridal house to the outdoor ceremony venue, Pam’s Meadow. Bride’s, you and your bridesmaids will walk right out the front door and down the short walkway to enter the arbor to the ceremony space. Short, easy, and beautiful! See pricing below.
I would need a thesaurus to come up with enough superlatives to describe Historic Ann’s 1893….Charming, exceptional, endearing, winsome, enchanting and more. I stayed in Brenda’s Suite upstairs. Clean, roomy, comfortable and quiet – everything I needed. Pullout couch for bed with Tempur-pedic mattress offered excellent sleep….it did not feel like a pullout, rather it felt like a bed. Kitchen had everything I needed. Decorated with harmonious and subtle charm – giving a fresh, new life to this historic home. Beautiful front porch for relaxing and make sure to wander through the garden when you need a quiet break. Historic Ann’s 1893 is a jewel and sits as ‘Dame of the Realm’ in Union City. The night we spent at Historic Ann’s was nothing short of wonderful. It was easy to find and when we arrived, it was easy to park and enter. The house was beautiful! In the room we stayed, the bed was extremely comfortable, the bathroom area had plenty of electrical outlets (major plus), and the sink and mirror were actually outside of the bathroom, allowing multiple people to get ready at the same time. The WiFi worked great. The fireplace made it super cozy. The decor was great for picture taking as well. We had a wonderful time at Historic Ann’s, we’ll definitely be back! Tara I.

Historic Ann’s 1893 is the most adaptable and affordable wedding venue in Northwest Tennessee. Located in Union City, we are a short drive from Dyersburg, Milan, and Jackson, but only 10 miles south of the Kentucky state line so out of state weddings are also welcome. Our wedding venue with overnight accommodations for 20-24 provides, the bridal party or friends and family with the most convenient onsite lodging options. Rates are heavily discounted when booked directly with Julie (average savings of $232 per lodging) for the friends and families of our brides and groom and based on a two night minimum stay, pending availability. Access to lodging begins on Friday at 3 pm and ends on Sunday at 11 am. Events must conclude by 10 pm.
