With stunning views from the highest vantage point on the property, Brenda’s Bridal/Honeymoon Suite comprises the entire top floor of the venue with 2 bedrooms, a full bath, and a kitchenette. The master bedroom has a large sectional and comfortable homemade queen sofa bed with a memory foam mattress in the larger room complete with smart tv that includes Hulu, Amazon Prime, Netflix, and more at no cost. The second bedroom is a separate room in the suite and has a futon that makes a full-sized bed along with an electric fireplace. There are separate mini split units in each bedroom for independent control of heating and cooling to suit your preference. The suite has a beautiful new full bath complete with a contemporary glass shower. The kitchenette includes a bar and mini fridge, microwave, and Keurig, with dishes and utensils complete for 4 with additional glassware. We provide luxurious bedding to make packing for you as easy as possible. Pull the shades down if you like or allow natural light to flow throughout by utilizing our opaque window treatments. Make beautiful photos and even better memories day and night as you hang with your besties prior to your main event and/or your new spouse for your honeymoon night. Inside Venue – Main Floor – Sleeps 2-4
Carole’s Main Floor Suite comprises the 2 Northeast interior rooms of the venue. The bedroom has a large sectional and comfortable homemade queen sofa bed with a memory foam mattress along with a pink chaise lounge. A second room has a fully refurbished gas fireplace and there is a mini split above the bed to control additional heating and cooling throughout the suite to your preference. If needing to sleep 3-4 total in the suite, this room has plenty of space for an air mattress. Air mattresses and bedding must be provided by the client. Carole’s Suit has a beautiful new contemporary full bath with a glass shower and heating element along with handmade custom barn doors. There is a large vanity to make getting ready easy and a gorgeous antique Victorian sofa close by. We provide luxurious bedding to make packing for you as easy as possible. Pull the shades down if you like or allow natural light to flow throughout by utilizing our opaque window treatments. Carole’s Suite has a private and fully secure keyless entry located off the east side of the front porch of the venue. Gloria’s on Exchange is our dedicated “Groom’s House”, but can be used for family, friends, or whatever your needs. The bones of our home date to 1910, but this little house has received a loving renovation. Local art gives off a “rustic” feel, but all is completely tricked out with smart technology and very cozy furniture and bedding. There are 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms have a queen bed in each and the 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds) and there are 2 full baths. For more than 6 people, couch surfing will need to be explored and/or a blow up mattress and bedding provided by the client. There are 3 electric fireplaces for warmth and ambiance throughout. Enjoy the deck, grill, and the view! Fur babies are welcome, but must be acknowledged in advance and a $75 cleaning fee will be added to your bill. Rosie’s Retreat is the newest part of our property and officially opened with our first bridal party on June 24th, 2022. Rosie’s is our dedicated “Bride’s House”, but may be used for family, friends, or whatever your needs are. Rosie’s Retreat will sleep 6-8 and will include 2 queen beds, 1 sofa queen, and a twin futon. Rosie’s has a large fire pit and grill out back with plenty of room for the bride’s and groom’s parties and family to relax together and enjoy early evening sunsets and late evening star-filled skies. Fur babies are welcome, but must be acknowledged in advance and a $75 cleaning fee will be added to your bill. Our bride’s and groom’s houses are only a stones throw from one another so conveniently located for all to enjoy a great time together. Home video coming soon, but for now you can see the proximity from the bridal house to the outdoor ceremony venue, Pam’s Meadow. Historic Ann’s 1893 is a charming and affordable wedding venue in Union City, TN, offering all-inclusive packages for a stress-free celebration. Conveniently located in Northwest Tennessee—near Dyersburg, Milan, Jackson, and just 10 miles from Kentucky—it’s an ideal destination for both local and out-of-state weddings.
As a unique venue with on-site lodging, Historic Ann’s accommodates 20–24 overnight guests, creating a relaxed, weekend-style experience. Discounted lodging rates are available when booking directly with the venue, with average savings of $232 per stay. A two-night minimum applies (Friday 3 PM–Sunday 11 AM), and all events conclude by 10 PM.
