What’s Included in the Price and How it Works
We include more in our prices than any other venue you will find. Walk in and your event is ready to go at an agreed upon setup. No additional fees!!! Just bring the food, drink, and the people and we do the rest! We also tear down everything when the event concludes. All we ask is that you take out the trash and anything you brought in with you. No stress and no hassle.

“Getting married at Historic Ann’s 1893 was an amazing experience ! You get so much more than you could imagine. It’s authentic all the way around! You get the opportunity to really enjoy your stay like a mini vacation. I would HIGHLY recommend utilizing the b&b’s and suites inside. They are gorgeous, comfortable and take a lot of stress off of you and your guests during your stay. It’s a true fairy tale and Ms julie is an amazing person who really cares about her guests and Ellen is right at your beck and call if you need anything at all. And I can’t stress enough about all the props, decorations and kitchen ware your able to use. Unbeatable prices with unbeatable hospitality. Thank you for making it magical for us! “Not only is this an affordable, beautiful venue teeming with whimsy outside and elegance inside, but the owners are wonderful people who love what they do and care about their clients. They went above and beyond for us. Our wedding day was particularly windy. The owner’s husband must have come three separate times to clear the leaves from our outdoor ceremony area. Julie, the owner, is also extremely easy to work with. The venue offers two adorable rental houses decorated in a retro-chic style right on the venue property, perfect for bridal party or out of town guests. The venue also comes with a variety of decor collected by Julie and donated by previous couples that is free for brides to use. There are even materials for table centerpieces! With everything that comes with the venue and how beautifully the inside is already decorated, you could put together a gorgeous wedding without even hiring a decorator. To put it simply, this venue is the best in the Northwest TN area.”

“When we were looking for our wedding venue, all of the locations local to us were very costly and had a short window of time available. We decided to look elsewhere, and we found Historic Ann’s. It was three hours from us but sooo worth it. The venue has so many areas for beautiful pictures, and Julie & Ellen are both so accommodating and warm. We got a whole weekend booked for way less than the cost of just a day locally, and it had plenty of accomodations for both indoor and outdoor celebrations. It rained on our wedding day and we were still able to carry out the full day with no problems, and still managed to get beautiful pictures outside when there was a break in the rain. I would choose it again a million times over and will always cherish the time I spent there.”

“We hosted family and friends at Historic Ann’s for my daughter’s wedding in October. Julie and Ellen were very thorough and super helpful in all the preparations for the big day. The property is beautiful. Our bridesmaids stayed in the event house the night before the wedding and had a wonderful time. We would encourage anyone to also take advantage of the Airbnb houses adjacent to the venue. It was perfect for our young nieces and nephews to feel part of the event but also disappear to play when they wanted. Many local people go out of Union City to find the perfect venue. For parties around 100 this venue is perfect, convenient, beautiful, and managed so well! We plan to host other events there in the future. Historic Ann’s is a gem!”
